Shower door seal missing - whilst running shower, water leaked all over bathroom floor. Shower soap dispenser set a bit too high up.

The staff was supper friendly, amazingly nice all the time. Our quadruple room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels was new-fashioned. We had a particularly nice view. The hotel was newly remodelled and in a central location close enough to local pubs and restaurants. We saw York Castle Museum, that's at a short distance from the venue.
